PAYMENT DUE

If your project is over $250, we require a non refundable 50% deposit before commencement of any work. If your project is less than $250, we require full payment before we commence any work.

Balance is to be paid upon project completion or within 45 days whichever comes first. Balance must be paid in full before handover of all final artwork / web live. Failure to pay the balance will incur interest charges of 2% per month. Payments are made online.

You should have already received a link with a login and password to our Online Project Manager. This is where all of our conversations will take place regarding your project from start to finish. You may also upload any files related to your project here.

QUESTIONNAIRE

Fill out our Questionnaire and post it in the Online Project Manager.

SUBMIT IMAGES

We require any logos/photos/images for your project which you can upload via our Online Project Manager. We highly recommend the use of www.istockphoto.com for royalty free stock photos. You can sign up for a free account and purchase the images. However, be sure to ask us what size before you purchase. If you need us to help you choose images, please let us know.

SUBMIT CONTENT

If you have purchased page layout and design, download our Content Form and submit it via our Project Manager.
